"In these extremely challenging times, we would like to share our heartfelt support and solidarity with you and your families. Allianz has a 130 year legacy of responsible business and we are firmly committed to doing everything within our power to keep everyone safe.
The coronavirus (COVID-19) has been declared a global pandemic by The World Health Organization following the quick spread of the virus in over 170 countries. At Allianz, the health and safety of our colleagues, customers, partners and the communities in which we operate are of utmost importance to us.
In line with our global regulations therefore, we have rolled out our Business Continuity Plan in order to protect our employees as well as our customers and the general public. In adherence to restrictions placed by the Government of Ghana, we have closed all branches temporarily. As a result, we are all working remotely from home while practicing social distancing. We have since switched to video conferencing, conference calls, emails and other methods in place of physical meetings. Our measures are aligned with World Health Organization protocols and we will continue to adjust our modus operandi as necessary to protect our employees, customers and the general public.
Rest assured that even as the world battles COVID-19, we at Allianz Ghana assure you that whether we are working from home or at the office, we are always here to take care of your needs.
Your health and safety are our top priorities, so be doubly vigilant and take care of yourself and your loved ones.
Sincerely"
"Gideon Ataraire & Darlington Munhuwani - Allianz Ghana Chief Executive Officers "
